Refund & Cancellation Policies

If the Outdoor Adventure Program cancels the trip due to weather, lack of participants, or other circumstances, the participant will recieve a full refund.  If a participant cancels regisitration prior to the Pre-Trip meeting and a replacement is available then a refund is available.  After the Pre-Trip meeting, no refunds will be given.  Trips without a Pre-Trip meeting will be given a refund if a replacement is provided.  (The OAP will refer to the trip waitlist FIRST to assist in filling the trip.)  Valid refunds will be mailed to the partcipant at the address on the registration form and may take up to 30 days to process.
