How to Register

In-Person Registration 
First, go to www.odu.edu/recsports and download the team entry form.  Get each participant to complete AND SIGN the Team Entry Form.  Submit the entry form to the Recreational Sports Office SRC 1207.  Pay the entry fee - cash or check (payable to Old Dominion University).

• Homecoming 3-on-3 Basketball
• Co-Rec Dodgeball
• 5-on-5 Basketball (Open to the first 8 men's teams to register for the Spring Basketball League - Check the early bird deadline)
• Doubles Tennis
• Sand Volleyball
• Golf
