How to Register

In-Person Registration 
First, go to www.odu.edu/recsports and download the team entry form.  Get each participant to complete AND SIGN the Team Entry Form.  Submit the entry form to the Recreational Sports Office (SRC 1207).

• Flag Football (Men/Women/Co-Rec)
• Co-Rec Basketball
• Basketball (Men & Women)
• Softball (Men/Women/Co-Rec)
• Soccer (Men/Women/Co-Rec)
