How to Register

COMING SOON: On-Line Registration
First, go to www.odu.edu/recsports.  Complete on-line form.  You will need the full name and ODU e-mail address for each participant.  You can pay with you Monarch ID card.

In-Person Registration 
First, go to www.odu.edu/recsports and download the team entry form.  Get each participant to complete AND SIGN the Team Entry Form.  Submit the entry form to the Recreational SPorts Office (1015 W. 47th Street).  Pay the entry fee - cash or check (payable to Old Dominion University.
