Order of Omega Honor Society

The Order of Omega was founded at the University of Miami in the fall of 1959 by a group of outstanding fraternity men, who felt that individuals in the Greek community should be recognized for their service to the fraternity community and the University.  Today, Order of Omega is a co-ed organization that recognizes the top 3% of the Greek leaders for their efforts in the areas of community service, academic achievements and leadership skills.

The Beta Beta chapter of Order of Omega was founded at ODU on November 3, 1977.

The officers for the Beta Beta Chapter for 2006-2007 are:

President - Naja Gibson, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Vice President for Membership - Jesse Goldstein, Theta Chi Fraternity
Vice President for Programs - Taylor Burgess, Theta Chi Fraternity
Secretary - Shelby Galvin, Alpha Phi Sorority
Treasurer - Chris Ridpath, Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity
