Monarch Service Days

One Saturday a month, the Center for Service & Civic Engagement sponsors a day of service that gives students the opportunity to complete a project in our local community.  Each Monarch Service Day is held at a different nonprofit organization with the goal of providing students with diverse experiences while showing our appreciation of and supporting our surrounding community.

December Monarch Service Day
December's Monarch Service Day will support the Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Walk/Run on December 5, 2009 from 8am to 5pm on the Kaufman Mall.  Students will have the opportunity to help set up, monitor the track, cheer on runners and break down the event.
