IF YOU ARE REQUESTING AN EXTENSION OF YOUR CURRENT FORM: Extensions can be requested for a maximum of two (2) semesters. Your electronic request must be followed up with a submission of financial documentation (assistantship letter, bank statement, etc.) and the Recommendation for Extension of Visa Document to ISSS. The student portion is online fillable.

EXPENSES: Please submit financial documentation to ISSS reflecting the minimum amount required next to your level above. Please note that ALL I-20/DS-2019 requests must be accompanied by current, original financial documents (e.g. original letter of sponsorship with an original bank statement or an assistantship offer letter). If you have recently (within the last three months) submitted an assistantship letter, we will refer to what we have in your file; however, if the amounts have changed, you'll need to submit a new letter.
The above amounts will be updated annually in accordance with tuition and cost of living increases.
