19th Annual Bayou Boogaloo and Cajun Food Festival :  Food Festival is Norfolk's annual love-fest with New Orleans' special spirit and unique Bayou culture.  FREE on Thursday from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. (if you go Thursday, you'll get a free pass for Friday).  FMI:  visit the event site  

Chrysler Museum - Rembrandt Van Rijn - Rembrandt achieved unparalleled fame as a printmaker and is hailed today as one of the greatest etchers of all time; free admission with student ID card.  FMI:  visit the museum's site  (this museum has an impressive collection from all over the world!)
