Question not answered in our FAQs? Make an appointment with a staff member or come to Hughes 2101 during advisor walk-in hours--Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and 1:30 to 4:30. On Thursday, we have extended hours until 7 p.m. The office is open for general questions as well as document pick-up/drop-off from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
You may speak with any advisor but, for paperwork flow within ISSS, students are assigned to advisors based on the first letter of their family name; other individuals are assigned as per the requested processing for ODU or ODURF.
Robbin--All faculty/staff, J-1 scholars, ODU H-1Bs and ODU Green Card holders
Sara--Students A through L, J-1 students, some scholar advising and orientation
Freida--Students M through Z, all Practical Training for F-1s
