Question not answered in our FAQs?   Make an appointment with a staff member or come to 214 Spong Hall during advisor walk-in hours--Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and 1.00 to 4.00  The office is open for general questions as well as document pick-up/drop-off from 8.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. 

You may speak with any advisor but, for paperwork flow within ISSS, students are assigned to advisors based on the first letter of their family name; other individuals are assigned as per the requested processing for ODU or ODURF.

Robbin--Students M through Z, faculty/staff issues,  J-1 scholars, ODU H-1Bs and ODU Green Card holders

Sara--Students A through L, J-1 students, some scholar advising and H-1B processing
