Move In Instructions for All Students
· It is imperative you arrive during your designated move-in day and time period. The days and time periods are established based on your buildings agreement period and is scheduled to assist in managing traffic flow for a better move in experience.
· Be sure to bring your student ID with you. Our agreement is with you as a student, thus we will not issue room keys to parents, friends, family, etc.
· Make sure you complete in all check-in steps for your residential community. Specific information for each community is linked below.
· Not all residential communities have elevators and the lines for the elevators may be lengthy. Please think about your move in plan based on this information. You may need several people to help you move in so the one or two individuals are not immediately exhausted from walking up stairs.
· We do not have hand trucks, dollies, luggage carts, etc. to assist you with your move. You might want to bring one with you and make sure it is marked with your name.
· Clearly label your name on all boxes/items. You will be asked to unload and then move your vehicle prior to moving into your room. Make sure you have somebody standing by to monitor your personal belongings while you or your moving team is parking the car and while you are moving into your room.
