Abandoned Property
If items are left behind in your room, suite, or apartment after you have checked out, Housing & Residence Life will pack up any remaining items for temporary storage. If items that are left behind remain unclaimed for 30 days, Housing & Residence Life will donate items to local charities. Housing & Residence Life is not responsible for the replacement of missing items or damages to personal property. Housing & Residence Life will not be responsible for mailing/shipping any items to students. Personal property will only be released to the student who abandoned the property.
