Gresham Complex
Late-night snackers enjoy living in the Gresham Complex, where Dining Services offers the Gresham Convenience Store for munchies after hours.
Located on 49th Street near the Rogers Complex, the Gresham Complex, built in 1966, consists of Gresham Main and Gresham East. Gresham Main is an H-shaped building with three floors housing 288 freshman residents in single-sex suite accommodations, on coed floors. Gresham East is a three-story building located beside Gresham Main and houses 135 freshman residents. Students eat at Rogers Main Dining Center. Located within the Gresham Complex are study lounges and laundry rooms. Each room accommodates two residents and is fully furnished with bunkable beds, desks, chairs, book shelves, dressers, trash cans and sink vanity.
Residents living in Gresham Main or Gresham East are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.
