University Village

The University Village is the premier student housing community that is all about students. While working on your education, why not live somewhere that fits your lifestyle as well as your budget? Conveniently located near campus, these fully-furnished apartments have all the comforts you need to feel right at home - when you're studying or when you're just relaxing with friends.

All bedrooms are private with locking doors, and residents can also take advantage private or group study areas. The apartments feature individual leases per resident, so you're only responsible for your own rent payment. With a 24-hour emergency maintenance and a professional management team...life is good!

HOUSING AGREEMENT PERIOD 2008-2009

The University Village has two different housing agreement periods for the 2008-2009 year. The first one for Buildings 3-10 runs from August 15, 2008 until July 31, 2009. The second agreement period for Buildings 1 & 2 runs from August 1, 2008 until May 31, 2009.

HOUSING AGREEMENT PERIOD 2009-2010

The University Village has two different housing agreement periods for the 2009-2010 year. The first one for Buildings 3 and 4 runs from August 1, 2009 until May 31, 2010. The second agreement period for Buildings 1, 2 and 5-10 runs from August 15, 2009 until July 31, 2010.

Residents living in University Village Apartments are not required to be on a meal plan. If you would like to purchase a meal plan, visit the Card Center's website for an explanation of all meal plans.
