SUBJECT:      Laboratory tests performed on site                                                     

I am pleased to announce that all laboratory tests performed on site (*) in our SHS laboratory will be done at no charge for those students who have been assessed the semester health fee.

There will continue to be fees assessed for all laboratory tests sent off campus to our reference laboratory.

(*) The following tests are performed on site in the SHS laboratory:

·        CBC (Complete Blood Count)

·        CBC/c diff

·        Glucose

·        Mono test

·        Rapid Influenza

·        Rapid Strep

·        Sed rate

·        Stool Hemocults

·        Stool for WBC's

·        Urinalysis/routine

·        Urinalysis/complete

·        Urine Pregnancy

·        Vaginal wet preps (KOH & Saline)

·        Skin Scrapings
