ODU WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

 

In cooperation with Student Health Services and Rec Sports

 

 

Program Benefits:

  • Nutritional and/or fitness information presented at each meeting.
  • Fitness assessments available (cardio, flexibility, blood pressure, and body composition)
  • Accountability and peer support
  • Incentive prizes will be awarded randomly

**Participants must have a "normal" or greater body mass index.

Weigh In Dates/Times @ Student Health Services

Mondays @ 9am or 3:30pm

Tuesdays @ 12:30pm

Group Fitness Workouts @ 12:30-1:30pm @ 49th Street Gym - Optional
