In cooperation with Student Health Services and Rec Sports
Program Benefits:
- Nutritional and/or fitness information presented at each meeting.
- Fitness assessments available (cardio, flexibility, blood pressure, and body composition)
- Accountability and peer support
- Incentive prizes will be awarded randomly
**Participants must have a "normal" or greater body mass index.
